Co-Owner / Business Manager
Charles
Charles is a co-owner of ProBoat and serves as the company’s Business Manager, helping keep the business organized, accountable, and moving in the right direction. He manages much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps ProBoat running smoothly, including invoicing, taxes, financial tracking, sales, and making sure the company pays close attention to what comes in and what goes out.
Charles is also often the main voice customers hear when they call ProBoat. From answering questions and helping with scheduling to keeping communication clear and professional, he plays a major role in making the customer experience feel easy, organized, and trustworthy from the first conversation.
Before ProBoat, Charles built a strong background in responsibility, communication, and pressure management. He worked multiple bartending jobs at once, helped run another business, and served in the National Guard. Those experiences shaped his ability to stay disciplined, handle people well, manage moving parts, and keep pushing forward even when things get demanding.
At ProBoat, Charles is focused on building a business that is not only busy, but healthy, professional, and built to last. His attention to numbers, customer communication, and long-term growth helps keep ProBoat on track as it expands from mobile detailing into a full marine-care brand with protection services, products, shop services, and future opportunities.
Charles believes a strong brand needs more than good work in the field. It needs organization, communication, discipline, and smart business decisions behind it. His role is to help make sure ProBoat grows the right way — with structure, trust, and a clear vision for the future.
Co-Owner / Operations Manager
Zach
Zach is a co-owner of ProBoat and serves as the company’s Operations Manager, helping lead the day-to-day systems that keep the brand moving forward. His role reaches across service setup, customer communication, social media, product planning, crew organization, and the overall structure behind ProBoat’s detailing and protection services.
Zach is also heavily involved in how ProBoat’s services are built, presented, and improved. From refining detailing packages and testing safer product systems to shaping the way customers experience the brand, he plays a key role in making sure ProBoat continues to become cleaner, sharper, and more professional every season.
Before ProBoat, Zach built a strong hands-on background in construction, including concrete work and mechanical insulation. Those experiences shaped his work ethic, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to take on demanding work with discipline and high standards. That same mindset carries into the way he approaches ProBoat and the long-term vision behind the company.
At ProBoat, Zach’s goal is to help turn the business into more than a mobile detailing company. He is focused on building a professional marine-care brand that Minnesota boat owners can trust for detailing, protection, maintenance, products, shop services, and future opportunities.
