Dock Pressure Washing - Call for quote
Our dock pressure washing service is designed for docks that are dirty, stained, slippery, weathered, or covered in seasonal buildup. We clean the walking surface, edges, corners, steps, and high-traffic areas to help bring back a cleaner and more maintained appearance. This is a great service for owners who want their dock to look better before the season starts, before guests come out, or before the dock is put away for winter. If your dock looks gray, grimy, slippery, or covered in lake buildup, this is the service to start with.

Dock & Lift Refresh - Call of quote
The Dock & Lift Refresh is a more complete shoreline cleaning service for owners who want the entire lake setup to look better, not just the walking surface. This service can include dock washing, lift cleaning, bird mess removal, algae and mildew removal, frame wipe-downs, ladder cleaning, bumper cleaning, and cleanup around the most visible areas of the dock and lift. It is ideal for lake homeowners who want the dock, lift, and boat area to feel cleaner, more organized, and more professional without having to spend their own weekend doing the dirty work.

Canopy Cleaning - Call of Quote
Canopies take a beating throughout the season. They collect pollen, dirt, spider webs, bird mess, mildew, moisture, and lake grime, which can make the entire boat setup look older and less maintained. Our canopy cleaning service is designed to clean and refresh the visible canopy surfaces and frame areas so the lift setup looks sharper and better cared for. This is a strong add-on for customers who already have us cleaning the dock, lift, or boat, because a clean boat under a dirty canopy still makes the setup feel unfinished.

Lake Ready Cleanup - Call for Quote
The Lake Ready Cleanup is built for owners who want their lake setup looking clean. This service can include dock washing, lift cleaning, canopy cleaning, ladder and bumper cleanup, shoreline equipment wipe-downs, and a final photo update once the work is complete. It is a great fit for busy lake homeowners, cabin owners, and families who want the dock and boat area ready before the first big weekend of the season. Instead of showing up to a dirty dock, cobwebbed lift, and messy shoreline, customers can call ProBoat and have the setup cleaned before lake season gets going.

Final pricing depends on dock size, lift size, canopy condition, buildup level, access, stairs, distance from parking, shoreline layout, and add-on services.
For the fastest quote, send us:
- A full photo of the dock from shore
- A full photo of the dock from the lake side
- A photo of the lift
- A photo of the canopy, if included

- A photo of the access path from the driveway to the dock
Once we see the setup, we can give you a clear quote and help you choose the right service.
Important Note
Results depend on dock material, age, buildup level, staining, previous damage, and surface condition. Some deep stains, weathering, rust marks, or permanent discoloration may improve but may not fully disappear.
